Your ticket is pre-reserved for a timed entry so we bypass the public ticket line and head to the correct entrance with your guide. Like all visitors, we still pass mandatory security checks—these cannot be skipped. There may also be a short wait for the elevator to the second floor. We have a timed entry, but if we arrive and the group before us has not yet gone up, we need to wait our turn. Your guide is with you all the way.
No. Everyone changes elevators on the 2nd floor and uses the single summit elevator, so a short queue there is normal. Your guide manages the process and timing.
How long is the tour? The guided experience is about 1 hour 30 minutes. Your guide will leave you on the tower, you can spend as long as you like there after the tour. If you have plans after your tour, make sure you factor in enough time to get back down to ground level.

Your voucher shows the exact meeting point and map. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Look for our guide wearing an orange lanyard with a Memories France badge; if you’re delayed or lost, call the number on your voucher.
If you are running late, please call us on the number on your voucher, we will contact the guide and try and help you catch up with them. If you miss them and they have already gone up in the elevator with the other guests, it’s not possible for you to join them. The tickets are special reserved entry tickets, all guests must enter with the guide at our designated entry time. They are not valid for individual use.
In strong winds, storms, thick fog, or for scheduled works, the Tower may close the summit without notice. If that occurs, we complete the guided visit to the 2nd floor and you automatically receive a refund of the summit price difference. If the entire Tower closes, you receive a full refund. (The Tower also announces periodic top-level maintenance closures on its official site.)
The guided part is ~90 minutes. With security and photo time, plan ~2–2.5 hours total (the Tower itself recommends ~2.5 hours for a full visit to the top).
All visitors go through two security checks. Large luggage is not allowed and there is no left-luggage facility on site. Only foldable strollers are accepted. Avoid knives, glass bottles, flags, scooters/bikes, or anything considered hazardous. Our guide keeps you compliant and quick through the checkpoints.
Yes—kids love the experience! Please reserve a place for every participant, including children, as all guests count toward our small-group limit and the Tower’s quotas.
Personal photography is welcome. For safety and crowd flow, no tripods, selfie sticks, or external lighting inside the monument; never extend devices through railings.
Call us right away using the number on your voucher. We’ll try to help you catch up, but pre-booked time slots must be respected, and once the group has entered we cannot guarantee a late join. Guests must access the elevator with their guide who must have all the reserved entry tickets with them and take everyone up at the same time. Missed tours aren’t refundable.
You can change your booking up to 24 hours before your tour departure time. If you booked directly with us, use the Manage My Booking section in the footer of our website. If you booked on one of our partner platforms, please contact them to make the change.
