We meet outside the museum. The exact meeting point is very near the Museum and described on your voucher. Your guide will wear an orange lanyard and a certified guide badge, and is ready to greet you—no need to wait in line before the tour. Please don’t go inside the museum or get into the entrance line!
If you are running late, please call us on the number on your voucher, we will contact your guide and try to help you catch up with the group. We have a timed entry and must enter on time, also out of respect for our other guests, we cannot wait for late arrivals. If you miss them and they have already entered the museum with the other guests, they will tell the guards that you are missing and the guards may let you in, this is completely up to them and we cannot control it. The tickets are special reserved entry tickets, all guests should enter with the guide at our designated entry time. They are not valid for individual use.
Please allow extra time to get to the meeting point in case you get held up.
The tour is 1 hour 45 minutes long, led by a fully‑accredited, English‑speaking local expert. When it ends, you’re free to continue exploring the museum on your own—for as long as you like.
Our shared tour groups are intentionally limited to 20 people, and headsets are provided to ensure you don’t miss a word—even in busy galleries. On the other hand, if you prefer a very small group, you can always opt for our semi-private tour for up to 6 guests—or even book a private tour.

However, the Musee d’Orsay does provide elevators, as long as you are accompanied by a companion who can help you and are prepared to separate from the group from time to time, you can follow this tour.
