During this time, your guide will continue to share fascinating insights to keep the experience lively and informative. Once inside, admire the beautifully restored nave, towering stone columns, and the cathedral’s famous stained-glass windows.
Access to Notre Dame Cathedral is through the general visitor line. Please allow an estimated waiting time of 20 to 60 minutes depending on the crowd level. Your guide will accompany you throughout, providing fascinating insights while waiting.
For everyone’s safety, certain items are not allowed inside Notre Dame Cathedral. Weapons of any kind, sharp objects such as knives or scissors, illegal substances, alcoholic beverages, and aerosols are strictly prohibited. Please also note that smoking, eating, drinking, and bringing animals (except for service animals) are not permitted.
Visitors are asked to dress respectfully when entering Notre Dame Cathedral, with attire suitable for a historic and cultural site. Hats should be removed inside. To maintain the peaceful atmosphere, please keep conversations quiet, silence your phone, and refrain from making calls. Non-flash photography is generally allowed, except in certain restricted areas, but selfie sticks are not permitted.

You can cancel your tour for any reason up to 24 hours before your tour departure time and receive a full refund. Within 24 hours we’ve already started preparing for your tour and won’t easily be able to fill your spot, so we won’t be able to offer a refund after that point.
